Sponsorship Application Terms 

By viewing this website and submitting an application, you agree on behalf of yourself and your organisation, group or other entity to the terms listed below. These terms apply whether or not your application for sponsorship is successful .
 

1. You must be 18 years or over on the date of applying and you must be resident in New Zealand. 
2. PGG Wrightson reserves the right to cancel or amend any aspect of this website or any sponsorship granted at any time.
3. If this application is on behalf of an organisation, group or other entity, you confirm that you have informed them of this application and have their consent to apply.
4. You confirm that where this application contains personal information relating to any person, those persons have authorised the provision of their personal information by you for the purpose of this application and for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of any sponsorship granted.
5. You give your consent for your approved sponsorship being listed on the PGG Wrightson website or other media. You also agree to this information being used being used for promotional purposes.
6. You agree to ensure that the sponsorship amount and any services received as part of the sponsorship will be used solely for the activities specified in this application and for no other purposes. You must ensure that any funding awarded is spent on items outlined within your completed application form.
7. You may not refer to PGG Wrightson as a sponsor of the activity or programme which is the subject of your application unless this application is successful.
8. Any products or services provided as part of sponsorship cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred, and you must arrange delivery. If you are granted funding sponsorship you agree to invoice PGG Wrightson for the full sponsorship amount (plus GST). You are responsible for any tax or other liability that is attributable to any products or services or funding provided as part of sponsorship, and you fully indemnify PGG Wrightson in that regard.
9. You acknowledge that any decision made by PGG Wrightson is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, PGG Wrightson exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the use of this website or any sponsorship application or any products or services provided as part of sponsorship, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under PGG Wrightson’s control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any application that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by PGG Wrightson) due to any reason.
11. You acknowledge and agree that if you fail to comply with any of the above obligations, PGG Wrightson may take action to terminate the sponsorship including, but not limited to; requiring a refund of any sponsorship amounts and/or requiring a cease of any referral to PGG Wrightson as being associated with your entity or organisation in any way.
